Our charter

Three commitments the society signs every member into.

  1. 01

    The asset belongs to the member.

    Every seed, goat, or loom disbursed is registered in the member's name from day one. Tricos holds no lien.

  2. 02

    Every rupee is traceable.

    Each disbursement — down to ₹280 for seed — is logged against a member ID and visible in member + admin dashboards.

  3. 03

    No trustee earns more than a field officer.

    Board compensation is capped at the highest field-officer salary. Published quarterly.
